This is the website of the Indian Valley Associates, a neighborhood association to advise the County of Marin on concerns of this small, yet significant unincorporated community. We are west of the City of Novato and largely rural with ranches and farms (and carriage rides).
We have our own Indian Valley Specific Plan, an adjunct to Marin’s Countywide Plan, and we act as stewards for the magnificent Open Space surrounding our area. We also manage our regional fire risk, road safety and design review. Our district (5) is currently under the jurisdiction of Supervisor Judy Arnold.
Among other things, indianvalleyhome.org tracks the official business of our association, so it is available to our county government officials, as well as our residents. New Announcements:
The 2023 Neighborhood Meeting and BBQ will be September 23 at 10:30 am, the Loftus Barn, open air – 1848 Indian Valley Rd. Again, this year we are having a neighborhood BBQ and raffle. All Indian Valley residents are welcome!
Our $20 Annual dues will be due in September.
