We are west of the City of Novato and largely rural with ranches and farms (and carriage rides).

We have our own Indian Valley Specific Plan, an adjunct to Marin’s Countywide Plan, and we act as stewards for the magnificent Open Space surrounding our area. We also manage our regional fire risk, road safety and design review. Our district (5) is currently under the jurisdiction of Supervisor Judy Arnold.

Among other things, indianvalleyhome.org tracks the official business of our association, so it is available to our county government officials, as well as our residents.
