This is the website of the Indian Valley Associates, a neighborhood association to advise the County of Marin on concerns of this small, yet significant unincorporated community. We are west of the City of Novato and largely rural with ranches and farms.
We have our own Indian Valley Specific Plan, an adjunct to Marin’s Countywide Plan, and we act as stewards for the magnificent Open Space surrounding our area. We also manage our regional fire risk, road safety and design review. Our district (5) is currently under the jurisdiction of Supervisor Eric Lucan.
Among other things, indianvalleyhome.org tracks the official business of our association, so it is available to our county government officials, as well as our residents. The 2026 Neighborhood Annual Meeting will be held on 9/26 at 10:30 am at the Margaret Todd Senior Center, 1560 Hill Rd, Novato. All Indian Valley residents are welcome!
IVA $20 Annual dues will be due in September – you will have three ways to pay dues:
