This is the website of the Indian Valley Associates, a neighborhood association to advise the County of Marin on concerns of this small, yet significant unincorporated community. We are west of the City of Novato and largely rural with ranches and farms (and carriage rides).
We have our own Indian Valley Specific Plan, an adjunct to Marin’s Countywide Plan, and we act as stewards for the magnificent Open Space surrounding our area. We also manage our regional fire risk, road safety and design review. Our district (5) is currently under the jurisdiction of Supervisor Eric Lucan.
Among other things, indianvalleyhome.org tracks the official business of our association, so it is available to our county government officials, as well as our residents. For social issues and/or announcements you can check out https://indianvalley.nextdoor.com. It is easy to sign up for membership on NextDoor.
